In golf you have long and short shots in your quest to make the green. This has managed to fall though with real estate. There were times that it would be a sure shot to sell your home, now the pace and sale of real estate has changed due to the slow economy. Now they have what is called the short sale of a home sale, the sale amount is less that home owner owes on the home and the banks are good with that enabling them to recoup most of their loan and enable them to re-sale the home with another financed loan. This is a win-win for everyone.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
