A few years back we have had our taste of horse racing with a new track strictly designed for the running of horses. At the building and setup of the track, I just happened to be doing some IT work at the track. The big think besides the horse betting was to make sure there would be plenty of food and beverages for all the customers. It was grand fun for a few years. At some point the horse racing and horse racing betting got taken over with the addition of dogs. Over a period of years the horse track owners preferred the running of dogs just a little better
