There are so many tournaments going on around this time. It motivates so many people that love the game of golf and appreciate how much fun it is to grab their golf clubs and head to the course. There are so many incredible courses to play on no matter where you live or travel to. We have had the pleasure of playing on many different courses around the world. We try to make it a priority when we travel that we play a few holes at least on our trip to experience the many different courses. To us golf is just a fun way to spend time with friends all while getting exercise. Of course it is also a game of skill and technique which is why having the right clubs and golf putters play an important part on the accuracy of your game. We had a foursome going for a while. We always found them struggling with their scores. Then they changed their clubs and no one can keep up with them. That was the first time I had seen such a dramatic change from a club change but we could all tell they had the technique. Our clubs are important and we all have our favorites. When we get to the clubhouse everyone is usually talking about their clubs. You can get some really good information when people are having in depth conversations about the game we all love so much.

The game of golf is fun no matter where you play but if you combine golfing with scenic beauty we can only be thinking of one location and that is Hawaii Golf. Taking in the course at Big Island Golf with the beauty of all that is Hawaii makes the game of golf even that much better. There are some truly exciting locations around the world that have excellent golf courses but one of the top locations would have to be Oahu Golf for the weather and the beauty.

Weekends and golfing

When we first looked at our new home the one thing that sold us was it’s location. We were not on the golf course itself but rather the water. The kicker is we were just a couple of blocks from the golf course. When the realtor told us that we liked the house without seeing it. Once we got there we found a lot to like. Any home that is located that close to a golf course so we can spend our weekends and some afternoons golfing has to be shifted to the top of the list. Once we moved in we have spent so much time on the golf course we have not had an opportunity to enjoy the water as much as we thought we would. That is ok because there will be time to get it all in because we will never move from this house. We have all we need. When the first hint of spring hits we are on the course and you can find us there until it is freezing! We have a foursome that we enjoy playing with that loves it as much as we do so it works perfectly. Golf is such good exercise and you certainly get to work on your tan.

If you love to play golf like we do then you may have noticed how expensive it can be if you play often. Then we found a source to book our Tee times and be able to save 50% off of the golf courses prices. I did not know there was such a place but we are glad we found it. We had not heard of Discount Tee Times before but now that we have that just means we can play twice as much for the same cost! Now that is a good thing. There is more mileage on my golf cart then my car now that we live near a course.

Will Tiger win the 2010 Masters?

It was with great shock to see Tiger woods play in the masters this year. He has been under real scrutiny over the last months with all his life style issues. I wonder will he be able to pull off another Tiger miracle like he has in the past. I am writing this blog post and the Masters is over. I have been bad did not get to watch any of the last three rounds and have not checked on the internet for any scores over the week. The shame of it all.

My guess is he will not win? Now to post and go check the internet for the results. I think his head is not clear of issues for him to win this year. But look out next year.

There has been allot said and/or talked about Tiger Woods over the last several months. We all know he has make a fortune play golf and mega money with endorsements. Now that his private life and his professional facade has gotten raked through mud. Will Tiger Woods play professional golf again?

My question? Why does he need to? He has more money for any one lifetime, try maybe a hundred lifetimes. He has also showed when he is on his golf game there is no-one in the world that can beat him. He has won every major. The only thing I could think of if beating Jack’s record for most major golf tournaments won. He is already considered the best golfer to ever play the game. What more is there.
